Please join us with your support for Brian Carbaugh, a 13 year old Encinitas boy who recently passed away after a month long battle with the MRSA staff infection.  Brian was involved in many charitable events during his 13 years of life.  He was even awarded the Hasbro G.I. Joe Hero Award in Washington, D.C. because of his commitment of service to others.  This evening is dedicated to the continuation of all Brian’s efforts. All proceeds to benefit the Brian Carbaugh Relief Fund.  This Fund was originally established to support the Carbaugh family for medical expenses not covered by insurance.  Additional funds raised are going to support Brian’s charities such as:
   The UCSD Burn Center
    Encinitas National Little League
    Encinitas Little League
    Encinitas Soccer League
    La Costa Youth Organization

This was a great kid from a great family ... active and supportive members of the local community.  His dad, Jim, would love to see his son's charity work continued and his name remembered.
